A GREAT weekend!!!!

I took off work at 4 o'clock on Thursday and took Friday off too. Alan and I met up with his friends Ray and Mary Thursday and headed to Huntington for the REO Speedwagon/Styx/Night Ranger concert. It was awesome!! The show was awesome and it was awesome that I met four of Alans friends for the very first time. :-) Well Ray I had met and said hi to, but I'd never officially met him. I am so happy that Alan is finally letting me into his life a little more. Yayy!! I love him!

What makes me the happiest is that he's even talking about Christmas with his family. Those of you who read and don't know him, this is a HUGE step for Alan. It's been really hard for me to let him into my life, to trust him, becuase of past relationships, but I am so glad that I did. He has become my everything. Ah, it feels good to be in love again and to know that I am truly cared for too. <3

Alan won free tickets to a wrestling show on Friday so we went to that but didn't stay for the show. LOL. He wanted to stay for the meet and greet and get some pictures autographed so once he did that he was happy. From there we went to Wal-Mart, then came home. I made pizza we ate, watched tv, cuddled, and crashed shortly after. Oh he stopped by his buddy Steve's to pick up a movie too. Steve was sleeping before work time so Alan just quietly went in to get the movie, but not quiet enough. Steve thought somebody was snooping around his house. Hehee. :-)

Saturday we watched the WVU game, went out for some shopping, and we ran into Alan's dad. So yes I got to meet him for the first time this weekend too. :-) It was a quick meet, but Alan introduced us at least. :-) I can't wait to meet his family and spend more time with them. Saturday night we watched movies....GI Joe and The Haunting of Winchester. Both were ok.

Today I've been cleaning the apartment and scrapbooking. Alan should be on his way down in a bit and I'm cooking tacos for dinner for us. Yummy! We are going to get some photos printed from the concert, some pictures I took at work, some pics from our Virginia trip, and some pictures of us. I need plenty to do when he goes out of town for work later this week. I'll miss him like crazy! But hopefully this trip is only for a few days and he'll be home by the weekend.

That's all for now. I will share pictures soon.

Fun!

I stole this from Nichole and she got it from Ali Edwards blog. Looks fun! :-)

Outside my window...I see the lighted sign from Belle Elementary school.

I am thinking...about my baby Alan being home in less than 8 hours. Yahoo!!<3

I am thankful for... Alan, my Mom, my job (even though it stresses me A LOT sometimes), that a big dream of Alan's may come true, for friends and family.

From the kitchen...I need to clean it!

I am wearing...Alan's t-shirt and some comfy blue shorts.

I am creating...a blog entry. :-)

I am going...to bed soon since it's after 5am. :-)

I have...so much love for Alan. <3

I am reading...friends blogs.

I am hoping...Alan feels better today than he did yesterday.

I am hearing... noises from my computer running.

Around the house... it is creepy quiet.

One of my favorite things...hugs and kisses from Alan! <3

A few plans for the rest of the week...cleaning the kitchen, laundry, grocery shopping, work, printing pictures, spending time with Alan!

A picture to share...it's at the top because I am a dork and don't know how to move it here. lol.

Staying in all weekend is not so bad...

Above is me yesterday and then my everything, my Alan on his birthday! xoxo <3

I am usually the type who wants to go out on the weekend since I work all week and pretty much dont go anywhere after work, but this weekend I stayed home. Alan spent the night with me last night which always makes me HAPPY!! :-) We watched some cheesy, and I mean really cheesy horrow flicks and snuggled. Ahhh, I love him! He's still sleeping. I'm going to make him breakfast in bed. I do most times that he stays with me.

Friday I printed out tons of new pictures so I am hoping to make some time to scrapbook in the evenings after work next week. I really want to shop online for new supplies, but that has to wait a bit longer. Bills come first, blah, being responsible sucks sometimes. LOL.

We've been getting crafty at work lately too. Me and Rosa treaced the babies feet to make cute little ghosties and we traced there hands to make spiders. They turded out so cute. I will take my camera to work Monday and take pictures of them. Next week we are going to play with paint and paint pumpkins. It's going to be a mess, but fun!

I also got to go buy all kinds of Halloween decorations for the nursery and play area at work. It was so fun to decorate everything. Our party is on Halloween day this time because it falls on a Saturday. It is going to be so much fun! Cake walks, games, tons of yummy food, cute kids in costumes, photo ops....

I just love this time of year! Well, there is one thing about it that I don't like, having to put my flip flops away. I could wear them all winter if it never rained or snowed. I'm going to talk Alan into going to the park today and taking a walk and of course taking pictures!

I miss my sweetie!!!!!!!!! He's been out of town since yesterday morning and it seems like it's been days already. Thank goodness he'll be home tomorrow.

I did get a lot done today though. My apartment is sparkling clean and smelling oh so fresh. Hehee. I took a nap after I cleaned and now I want to get crafty. Yayy!! I actually found some cool new goodies at Big Lots a few days ago, so I am excited to use them. I need to make a visit to two peas and I really need to catch up on the latest and greatest supplies. I am so out of the loop.

I need to shop for supplies for a craft that my babies at work are going to help me with. We are going to make an autumn tree for our door at work. There little handprints are going to be the leaves in yellow, orange, brown, green, and red. I am debating on using paint or just tracing there hands and cutting the handprint out. Hmmm???

I am happy because my old scrappy online friend Nichole emailed me back. yayy!! Hi Nichole!

The past 2 years....

A lot has changed in my life in the past two years. All for the best though and I am happier than I have ever been.

First, I left Danny in April 2009. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done. But for the best, we just were'nt happy together anymore. When I first left it was difficult. He took it bad, threatened, and well definitely hated my boyfriend Alan (more on him shortly! :-)). But now Danny and I are still friends, we talk every few days, he has a new gal, and he is *ok* with Alan. I think we are both just glad to see each other happy again.

I have known Alan for 2 and a half years. We were friends first and just fell in love. Well, he is my EVERYTHING!! He is amazing, treats me wonderful, spoils me, puts up with me..what more can I ask for? Hey, he buys me scrapbook stuff and Hello Kitty stuff!! He knows me better than I know myself. Anyway, he is 42, yeah I got a thang for the older guys. Hehe! He is big time into wrestling. He works with his buddy in Virginia with Ward-Hebner Entertainment. He loves football, flea markets, road trips, and telling me I'm whiney and spoiled (all in a playful way, of course! :)). He spoils me so it's his fault. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! Hehe! We actually met via the internet.

I have a new job which I love very much. I've worked at Children's Palace Daycare since January 2008. I work in the nursery with the little ones. Makes me have baby fever (but the timing isn't right for that YET)! I am the lead teacher in the nursey and it is the best job ever! My bosses are great too and I work with a lot of nice people.

I have my own little apartment which I love. It's two bedrooms, of course I made the spare room my scrapbook room! I love the area I live in. It would bbe perfect to raise a family in. :-)

That's all for now. Alan and I are going flea marketing early this morning so I need to go get ready.

More updates and pictures of all the fun stuff I've been up to will come soon. *Muah*
